Currently, as user submitted media are received, it is automatically assigned "not approved" for publication on the public facing side of the website.

Upon receipt photos are placed in "To Be Reviewed" tab. Board Members should periodically review this tab to Approve or Reject submissions.
Approving automatically publishes the item in the public-facing Photo/Video Gallery. Rejecting moves the item to "Rejected."

In the "Rejected" tab, Board Members can move an item back to the "To Be Reviewed" section.

The "Edit Gallery" section is the full list of public facing Media. This is QUITE unwieldy as it has every submission.
Regardless, there, Board Members can Re-Caption a Document or Change Attribution of Media.
Typically, recaptioning or changing attribuion would not be necessary, but since 150+ items were transferred
from the old site en masse, someone may request a change.
