Lost your two-step sign-in?
If you've lost the phone with your authenticator app and your recovery codes, 150th Aero Flying Club can have your two-step sign-in removed, so you can set it up again.
- We email a link to the address you sign in with. Open it to send your request.
- Someone at 150th Aero Flying Club confirms it's you, by phone or in person, and approves it.
- Your two-step sign-in comes off 24 hours after that. We email you as soon as it's approved, with a link to stop it if it wasn't you.
- You still sign in with your password, and you set up two-step sign-in again when you do.
