Great landings start with a stabilized approach. So do great photos and videos. Share yours for possible inclusion in the 150th Aero Flying Club gallery.

Videos Upload one video file. Approved videos may be hosted through the club YouTube channel.

Review Submissions may be reviewed before they appear on the public site.

Recommended minimum width: 800 px. Small images may look soft when enlarged. Final display images are optimized before being stored for the website.

One video per submission. Non-video files will be rejected.

Video files upload through the club intake workflow. Approved videos may later be hosted through the club YouTube channel and shown in the gallery.

Caption

For photo batches, this caption will be copied to each uploaded photo. Keep it short and publication-ready.

Attribution / credit override

Use this only when submitting someone else’s photo or video. If entered, this credit will be shown publicly instead of your member name.

Do not submit anything unsafe, private, copyrighted by someone else without permission, or inappropriate for public display. Submissions may be reviewed, edited for display details, approved, or rejected.

Before You Submit

Quick checklist

Use this page for club-appropriate gallery material only. The review process helps keep the public gallery clean and organized.

Use clear, club-relevant media. Aircraft, airport, training, events, members, and club flying activity are good fits.

Submitted by is automatic. The submitting member is pulled from the logged-in account and cannot be overwritten on this form.

Use attribution only for someone else’s work. If another person took the photo or video (and gave permission for you to post on our site on their behalf), enter that person’s name for credit in the attribution field. This will override the automatic Submitted By field. With that, instead of your name display as the media creator, that person's name will be shown instead.

Follow the upload limits. Photos must be image files, 4 MB or smaller, with no more than 10 photos per submission. Videos must be video files, with one video per submission.

Allow time for review. Submissions may not appear immediately. Board or site administrators may approve, reject, or edit display details.

Public gallery credit should follow this order: attribution first, submitted-by member name second.
